We all want to enjoy good health. When we go for a check-up, the doctors examine our bodies in order to determine the state of our physical condition. It's especially important to get an exam if we are experiencing unusual aches and pains, or if our bodies are reacting in ways they shouldn't. Good spiritual health is infinitely more vital than physical health. This is because, while our physical bodies will eventually die and decay no matter how well we care for them, our spirits will one day receive supernatural bodies that will live for eternity. Understanding the state of our spiritual health is one of the most important things we can do in preparation for that eternal life. With that thought in mind, we developed a spiritual health chart in order to provide God-Given Markers against which to compare the spiritual health status of an individual. Give yourself a spiritual check-up using the following scripturally-based criteria.

How would you best describe your relationship with God?

1. There is no God

2. God, if there is one, is not the Judeao-Christian God.

3. I believe there is a God, but I'm not interested in anything religious.

4. I've been a Christian most of my life, so I feel I'm cool with God.

5. I have a personal relationship with my Savior.
